How to Fix Wifi/Bluetooth Auto Turns On After Turning Off Airplane Mode or Reboot:

Step 1: Be Patience lol.

Step 2: Open Terminal and Type Following Command Each:

sudo systemctl disable bluetooth.service

sudo systemctl disable NetworkManager.service

Step 3: 

Now Turn On Airplane Mode and Restart PC/Laptop or Enter "reboot" in Same Terminal!

[Final Step] : Again Open Terminal and Type:

sudo systemctl enable NetworkManager.service
